No — we assist clients from all walks of life. But we’ve developed strong experience helping nurses and midwives navigate lending, especially where shift work, overtime, or multiple roles can affect how your income is assessed.
Yes. Many of our clients work casually or across multiple employers. We work with lenders who are comfortable assessing non-standard income, provided you meet other basic eligibility criteria.
We don’t currently offer lender mortgage insurance (LMI) waivers as a blanket benefit. However, we may be able to help you structure your loan in a way that minimises your upfront costs. Terms apply and we’ll explain what’s possible based on your deposit and lender.
Generally, we’ll need your ID, recent payslips, and possibly your AHPRA registration number. If you’re self-employed or casual, we might also request tax returns or bank statements. We’ll guide you through it step by step.
